SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA $5 Shipping
Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 2-5 business days once processed to receive.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, back ordered or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
While we work our hardest to get your order out, once it is out of our hands and into the postal system, any issues are out of our control. Unfortunately, delays in shipment must be taken up with UPS or USPS directly.
If you are local to Powell County, KY you may choose “Free Local Meet/Pickup” at checkout
-“Local Meet” is a convenient way for you to meet one of us in town to pickup your order. Pickup/Meet will be at a designated time Monday & Thursday of each week. A email will be sent to you with further details. We will meet at a public place with cameras, such as Kroger.

We appreciate that you put trust in us and our items! We hope you are satisfied with every purchase. We stand by the quality of our merchandise and are proud of the products we provide. If by chance you would like to return an item or exchange for a different size, we will do store credit within 14 days of delivery.
The following items are all FINAL sale and cannot be returned to our warehouse:
Custom/Graphic Items or tees, Holiday Items, Mystery Bags, Hats, Jewelry and Bralettes.
Sale Items (including: Doorbusters, Deal of The Day, Flash Sales, and ALL Clearance.
•All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them.
•Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
•Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
•Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
-Include all information for your original purchase and emailed receipt.
-Also include reason for return.
-Include a photo if a product was received damaged.
-Must be within 14 days of delivery.
